My favorite holiday has been Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember. I love the spirit of the Thanksgiving holiday and I love the strong traditions around the food served. Before I moved away from the city, I hosted my family’s Thanksgiving meal in my tiny condominium and it was the joy of my year to have my whole family together in my home. Preparing the meal with my Mother and sister is a tradition I hold so close to my heart. We all have our jobs, there’s only occasionally a little bickering, and we have the most fun preparing a beautiful meal.
