Happy New Year to all of the Honey, I’m Hungry Blog readers! If you’re new here, you may not know about the Honey, I’m Healthier page, but, you should! While butter and bacon are frequently on the ingredient lists here, I also have a long background in cooking lighter and focusing on my own personal fitness. We’ll kick off another Honey, I’m Healthier series this January with a recipe round-up of some of my favorite Honey, I’m Healthier recipes from 2022. It’s always fun to look back on what you’ve accomplished in the previous year, and this post was so fun for me to put together for you! 11 new Honey, I’m Healthier recipes hit the blog!
Lighter recipes shouldn’t mean lighter taste! If a recipe has made it to the Honey, I’m Healthier page while it might be lighter on the calories, it surely isn’t light on flavor. I hope these recipes find their way into your menus all year long, not just when you may be looking lighten up with a New Year’s resolution.
